What is this "Vegan" !?
Veganism is a lifestyle that avoids all animal products, not just in diet, but also for clothing, soup, cosmetics, and other purposes.
The Benefits of a Vegan Lifestyle: You won’t go to hell.
"Humans" are estimated to kill around 2.2 trillion animals worldwide every year for food alone. That amounts to approximately 70,000 animals being killed worldwide every single second.
The modern food industry is built on blood, suffering, and cruelty so extreme that it should revolt any human with a conscience. Eating meat, dairy, or eggs is not just a harmless “personal choice”.. it is complicity in industrialized rape, cruel torture, and mass murder.
Cows are repeatedly violated to force pregnancies, so humans can steal the milk intended for their babies. These babies are ripped from their mothers, condemned either to the slaughterhouse or to continue the cycle of exploitation. Pigs, chickens, and other animals spend their entire lives crammed into filthy cages, suffocating without sunlight, unable to move, living only to suffer until these tortured animals are executed in mechanized death camps designed for maximum efficiency in their teenage years because their efficiency declines, ensuring that the meat people feast on remains nice and tender.
This is not “farming”. It is organized mass violence.. an industrial-scale atrocity. Entire populations bred only to be confined, exploited, and exterminated. The resemblance to the Holocaust of the Second World War is undeniable: The victims are different, but the cruelty, the machinery of death, and the moral collapse are terrifyingly similar.
Those who consume these products are not innocent bystanders. By buying meat, milk, or eggs, every consumer funds and legitimizes this machinery of horror. To eat animals is to look away from their screams, their broken bodies, their stolen lives and to declare that taste and habit matter more than life itself.
Veganism is not just a lifestyle; it is the refusal to be part of a system of mass rape, mass torture, and mass slaughter. It is an act of rebellion against one of humanity’s greatest crimes, a way to live without blood on your hands. Choosing plants over corpses is choosing life over death, compassion over cruelty, justice over atrocity.
Furthermore, billions of people don’t have enough food to eat and water to drink. The main reason? Our current food system is incredibly inefficient. Producing meat and dairy requires vast amounts of land, water, and crops.. most of which are fed to animals instead of people.
If we switched to a plant-based diet, we could produce far more calories and protein per acre, making enough food to feed every single human on this planet.
Eating plants directly is not just healthier for us, it’s the most effective way to fight hunger and build a sustainable future.
The solution is simple, powerful, and delicious: Eat Plants, Not Friends. Go Vegan!!
But regardless of whether someone is a meat-eater, vegetarian, or vegan: You should consider donating to the Welthungerhilfe, so that the poorest people on this planet don’t have to starve or die of thirst. Even if it’s just $5 per month, you can save lives.
What you should pay attention to in a strictly vegan diet.
Basically, regardless of the type of diet, we often lack important micronutrients because they are not present in sufficient amounts in our factory food.
But first, let’s take a look at the ideal composition of the three macronutrients:
- Healthy Fats:
- Minimum 25% (male) - 35% (female) of daily calorie intake.
- The Omega-3 to Omega-6 ratio should be around 4:1 ( best ) to 1:4, for example with cold-pressed, virgin flaxseed oil. ( Do not heat above 100°C! )
Soy oil with a ratio of 1:7 in soybeans is still acceptable if you mix it with some flaxseed oil. - 1–2 ml of algae and fungal oil for important Omega-3s and -6s ( DHA, EPA, and ARA ).
- Proteins:
- About 1.2 g of protein per kg of body weight per day for maximum muscle mass in highly athletic individuals, if your body fat percentage is normal:
Women ~20% & Men ~15%; if higher → less, if lower → more - Best vegan source is soy: Home-cooked organic soybeans or soy strips - arguably the most useful plant on the planet!
However, the relatively high potassium content of soybeans should not be ignored. More than 300 g ( raw weight ) is not recommended.
- About 1.2 g of protein per kg of body weight per day for maximum muscle mass in highly athletic individuals, if your body fat percentage is normal:
- Carbohydrates:
- Fill the rest of your daily calorie intake with long-chain carbohydrates, such as oatmeal and vegetables like broccoli.
And here’s a brief summary of the micronutrients the body ideally needs, regardless of diet.
( The composition is provided in the article description and can help you get a rough orientation. )
- Multivitamin and mineral complex, including e.g., vitamin K2 and B12 - for men and women
The intake should be with a meal and plenty of fluids so that the fat-soluble micronutrients are properly absorbed. - Lecithin ( Do not heat above 70°C! )
- Magnesium
- Creatine ( Creapure )
So which of these are actually important only for vegans ? None of them! The average person with an average diet doesn’t get the optimal amount for peak mental and physical performance of all these macro- and micronutrients without additional supplementation.
